Dermo Realty is currently giving the small shopping center adjacent to Highway 27 a beautification face lift. For the past several months problems have kept this center from targeting new business. The parking lot was falling apart. The center was faced with many dramatizing issues with former management. Then Dermo Realty came in and completely overhauled the entire center so it can be leased. Retail stores and restaurants will start moving in soon. The center is more visible from Highway 27 because crews also cut down the trees and brush on the hill.
