We’re excited to let you know officially that Chef Charly, formerly of Bistro 45 in Pasadena, California has agreed to join Blue Steakhouse. Chef Charly will start this week as of today; November 19th. Over the next few weeks, working with Danny Barnett, Chef Charly will be bringing exciting new specials to Blue and evaluating our current menu. Stay tuned to see what he does with Blues’ menu and dining in West Georgia!! He’s already at work putting together an amazing menu for our upcoming wine and dinner paring event. Additionally, with the busy Holiday season upon us, he will be putting together an exciting Thanksgiving pick-up and take home dinner serving 6-8 for those who don’t want to spend the day in the kitchen. Danny and Chef Charly are planning a number of exciting events during the Holidays. They are looking forward to making your Holiday dinners and parties the best ever.
