The Carroll Chamber proudly named April Harris, owner of The Squire Shop, as the 2014 Small Business Person of the Year at tonight’s Membership BBQ. April purchased the fine clothing store in 2005 and has continued success with the addition of a specialty brand, Brewer’s Lantern. April is joined in the photo by Chamber President, Daniel Jackson.
