UPDATE: It would appear the restaurant will keep the original name. They are currently hiring and under new ownership.
Fusion Restaurant and Hookah Lounge opened 1 year ago off Maple Street near Hays Mill Rd in the former Spyro Gyro. The restaurant was greeted with much fanfare and enjoyed regularly packed out nights. However the last few months have been just a bit different. Per an update on Fusion Restaurant’s Facebook page, they will be closing. It was an absolute pleasure working with the owner and his team over the first few months the establishment opened. We will miss the interesting and unique food that Fusion provided to our area. It was delicious. We would like to wish the staff of the restaurant the very best as they now have to look for new jobs.
The business was sold to a businessman in Atlanta who will renovate the building and re-open under a different name and environment. It is unclear at this time what the restaurant will be called or serve.
