The following restaurants have committed to the new center being built directly adjacent to AT&T off Bullsboro Drive; Einstein Brothers Bagel Company, Which Wich, and Pie Five Pizza Company. One retailer has committed to the center, The Original Mattress Factory. The Riverwood Properties development, Newnan Festival is currently under construction.
