Tickets are now on sale for Southern Hospitality, a special production of the Power of the Purse. The play will be August 20-23, 2015 at the University of West Georgia’s Townsend Center for the Performing Arts. The play is the third comedy in the Futrelle sisters’ trilogy and sequel to the last two summers’ productions of Dearly Beloved and Christmas Belles.

In Southern Hospitality, the Futrelle Sisters are in trouble again as it is up to them to save their hometown of Fayro, Texas, from extinction.

The show runs Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 7:30, Sunday at 2:30. Tickets are $20 and may be purchased at the door or ahead of time through the Townsend Center.  All proceeds go to the Power of the Purse, an organization that uses the funds to help local non-profits who work with women and children.

Tickets may be purchased online at townsendcenter.org, by phone at (678) 839-4722 or in person at the Townsend Center during office hours (Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.). See the full Times-Georgian Article by Clicking Here.
