Bass & Associates, a commercial real estate appraisal and consulting firm based in Carrollton, recently purchased an office building at 250 Cottage Hill Road, relocating from their previous office at 531 Newnan Street. The new location provides a much larger and more functional space for the firm and allows for future growth.
Bass & Associates was established in 1985 and has over 50 years of combined experience in the appraisal field. This family-operated firm consists of Hugh, Bo, and Thomas Bass as appraisers and Debra Bass as the administrative assistant. Two of our appraisers (Hugh and Bo) hold the prestigious MAI designation conferred by the Appraisal Institute. The firm provides appraisals, litigation support, and consulting services. Our vast experience with a wide array of property types, complicated valuations, and detailed analysis means we provide you with a well-supported, reasoned valuation in which you will have confidence. Although our services are concentrated in the Northwest Georgia region, we have appraised properties throughout much of Georgia, and in areas of Alabama and Tennessee.
