The current Campus Walk Student Apartment Complex will soon undergo multiple changes within their complex if approved by Planning and Zoning / Mayor & City Council. At this time we do not have the complete details due to the information being so premature. The property manager told us today that Campus Walk will change to Student Quarters Campus Walk. Other renovations / expansions were also noted but nothing more could be released at the time of the discussion. As you might be aware, Student Quarters has a property off Brumbelow Road at Lovvorn Road. The property off 319 Foster Street is looking to be rezoned to Planned Development from a variety of different zoning classes as you can see from above. This story will be updated as soon as more information is released. A public notice of the Planning Commission meeting was released to the public in The Times-Georgian.
