Villa Rica High Wildcat Marching Band Named Grand Champions

The Villa Rica High School Wildcat Marching Band was named Grand Champions at the Dixie Jubilee Jam in Weaver, Alabama Saturday. The band’s score of 96.5 topped the other 18 bands at the contest. Along with the Grand Champion Award, the band earned 1st Place Class AAAA, and 1st Place Class AAAA Colorguard, Drumline, and Drum Major. This is the first Grand Championship for the Wildcat Band. The band is directed by Robert Carter and Brandon Worley.
