A very popular store in the Maple Street Commons area is up for sale. Southern Sisters is scheduled to close sometime in December. We spoke to the owner, Deanna Kiser who tells us she is excited to spend more time with her family in the near future. Southern Sisters originally opened in the Fall of 2013 on Maple Street near Hays Mill Road in the former Red Door Salon. After two years of being at that location the store moved to the Maple Street Commons Shopping Center during March of this year. Southern Sisters offered customizable gifts along with embroidery, stationery, and many unique items.
