Mount Zion Middle School Builds Rewarding Partnership

(Mount Zion, Ga. ­ December 8, 2015) Mount Zion Middle School is partnering with the Mount Zion Community Center to provide monthly activities and resources to the citizens of Mount Zion and surrounding areas. Teachers and students volunteer an hour on the first Wednesday of each month to offer engaging, hands­on technology training and tips, art lessons, music, and informative health topics. This partnership is a part of the school’s community/business partner outreach efforts.

Six-time STAR teacher, Alice taught Advanced Placement English, literature, composition, speech and theater for over twenty years, part of which time she also served as Director of Admissions, Development, Public Relations, and Alumni at Oak Mountain Academy. She is the managing partner of Ridley-Teal Properties and content editor for the City Menus. She is a board member of the Carroll Symphony Orchestra and enjoys playing flute with the Carroll Community Wind Ensemble.
