A fresh, exciting restaurant is coming to Newnan! Pollo Tropical, literally translated into “tropical chicken”, will be building a brand new location on Bullsboro Drive during the second quarter of 2016 with an expected opening date of September 2016. Ken Livingston, the current broker for the restaurant and property owners, says that the current property located at 580 Bullsboro Drive will be completely demolished for this new restaurant. The location is directly next to the most recently rebranded Red Roof Inn and Suites, formerly Masters Inn and Comfort Inn. Mr. Livingston is excited to be brokering this deal. Pollo Tropical is headquartered in Miami-Dade, Florida. They operate restaurants in the extreme Deep South, and have several locations in the Caribbean, along with Central and South America. They specialize in open-flame, never frozen chicken with a twist and made from scratch sides to compliment, as well as several non-carbonated Latin colas.
