A low pressure system is moving into the area tonight that has the potential to produce severe Super Cell thunderstorms causing significant damage, particularly in the West Central Georgia area.

***Please make sure you have a way to receive severe weather watches and warnings and please review your severe weather sheltering plan.** If you do not have a NOAA weather radio, please make sure your cell phones are charged and located near where you sleep.
We are forecasted to see severe weather moving into Ga tonight. South of Carrollton is in an Enhanced threat area for severe storms, with the remainder of the county north in a Slight threat area.
