The Carrollton High School International Baccalaureate 20th Century World History class attended a lecture Feb. 23 given by Boston University Professor Bruce Schulman and hosted by the Ingram Library at the University of West Georgia. Dr. Schulman spoke about “Three Elections that Reshaped the Presidency and the Nation – 1964, 1968, and 1972.” Â Afterward, the students viewed an exhibit of candid images of U.S. presidents from 1945 to 1985 by New York Times White House photographer George Tames.
