February 29, 2016) Carroll County Schools’ College and Career Academy’s HVAC program has met the requirements for the standardized craft training process that is set by the Construction Education Foundation of Georgia. Meeting these requirements certifies CCA’s HVAC program as an accredited training and education facility.
