We just got a breaking tip from the city about a major national retailer about to set up shop inside Arbor Place Mall. Sephora is about to build inside the JCPenney location at Arbor Place Mall. According to the monthly building report, the city gave the go-ahead to construction this week. Sephora is the make up and beauty store which competes directly with Ulta Beauty. Sephora has locations at most Metro Atlanta malls and other big retail centers, especially in the northern suburbs. Town Center at Cobb, Mall of GA, Northpoint, Lenox, Perimeter, and Cumberland all have locations. Newnan, Hiram, Lithonia, and McDonough also have locations in their JCPenney locations. With the addition of Sephora, Arbor Place adds another major national retailer to their impressive list with, of course, room for more. We’ll keep you posted on an opening date.
