A new local pizza place has come to town. The West Georgia Pizza Company at 828 Newnan Road next to the Marathon gas station near the Carrollton Bypass, opened its doors in early February. Miles Rougier, co-owner and manager, bought the restaurant with his business partner back in November and had been operating under the old moniker until the Monday after the Super Bowl. Miles has been in the restaurant business since 1994. The pizzeria focuses on using high quality ingredients with many of the recipes made from scratch. The restaurant even has an ordering app you can download to any Android or Apple device.
