Construction begins on Dunkin Donuts / Baskin Combo

UPDATE : Now Under construction

A famous hybrid restaurant is being proposed for Villa Rica. According to construction bid documents, the proposed 2,200-square foot Dunkin’ Donuts / Baskin Robbins combo store will be built on Commerce Drive just off Highway 61. The building will feature both dine-in and drive-thru options along with plenty of parking. Dunkin’ Donuts / Baskin Robbins plans to build directly to the left of Race-Trac. We would like to extend a HUGE thank you to Steve, with the Lost Mountain Baskin Robbins store in Powder Springs, who confirmed this information. A Dunkin Donuts is also set to build at 2060 Lost Mountain Road in Powder Springs, GA. This particular store would not have a Baskin Robbins (Powder Springs) due to Steve’s shop already in a prime shopping center spot. We are looking forward to learning more in the coming weeks about the scheduled opening of this new, proposed Villa Rica location.
