A major chain restaurant in Douglasville in getting a major renovation. Outback Steakhouse at 6331 Douglas Boulevard, next to Hampton Inn and near Arbor Place Mall, is finishing both a major exterior and an interior renovation. Final work is being done to the outside of the restaurant that has been in Douglasville since 1995, before almost everything else built beside the mall. There will be a brand new facade, new entrance, and the modern Outback logo. Inside the restaurant the decor has been updated, and new tables and seats greet patrons. The renovation is expected to be complete within the next few weeks.
This remodeling seems to be a trend among the Outback Steakhouses in the metro Atlanta area. Many others are either in the process of remodeling or will soon begin.
