Central High School Welcomes New Teachers

Central High School welcomed new teachers to the 2018-2019 school year. Mr. Michael Pharis, Ms. Aunie Murray, and Mr. Stephen Kegley have joined the Special Education Department. Mr. Lee Burson is the newest member of the Spanish Department and MSgt Stacie Duck is now part of the Air Force Junior ROTC program. Joining the Math Department are Mr. David Head, Ms. Rhonda Perry, and Mr. Chad Mathews. Mr. Kenny Edwards teaches Financial Literacy in the Career, Technology, Agriculture Education (CTAE) Department as well as being Head Boys Basketball Coach. Joining the Science Department is Ms. Andrea Knowles, Mr. Brian Terry, and Ms. Cindy Jordan. Mr. Charlie Boren is the newest member of the Social Studies Department.

Linda has been a Carroll County Schools educator since 1995 and currently serves as Central High School’s Media Specialist. In addition, she is a certified fitness instructor with One Life Atlanta Fitness and teaches part-time with the University of West Georgia.
