GiGi’s Cupcakes Tearfully Closes

Jonathan Dockery

GiGi’s Cupcakes at the Avenue in Peachtree City has closed. The owner of GiGi’s sent a Facebook message sharing, “I am very sad to tell all of my GiGi that July 29th, 2018, will be our last day of operation at the Peachtree City location. Thank you to every customer that has come through these doors.”

In 2011 GiGi’s cupcakes opened their location at The Avenue near GameStop and American Eagle. The business featured 30 different varieties of cupcakes including gluten-friendly cupcakes. The City Menus does not know at this time what will replace GiGi’s in their former space. The directory map currently reads GiGi’s Cupcakes Space 120.
