Staff members of Carrollton’s International Restaurant & Bakery Equipment are settling into their new location at 219 Lovvorn Road. The company is owned by Orlando Rivera, founder of the Lazy Donkey, and his wife Jana.

“We’ve been serving customers from the local area since 1999,” said Jana. “Since then we have grown, and now we are excited to be moved into our new location.”

The company began in 1999 as Burrow Designs and later was changed to International Restaurant & Bakery Equipment in 2003.

“We were located at our Bradley Street location since 2001 until we recently moved into our new home in September,” said Jana.

The company serves many local restaurants from Wedowee to Douglasville and everywhere in between. Jana says International Restaurant & Bakery Equipment serves both individual customers and commercial operations.

“We do everything from small wares to installation of large-scale equipment for the bigger restaurants,” said Jana. “We service most of our local restaurants and sell everything from forks and plates to mops and walk-in coolers.”

Jana says she and Orlando are thankful to have enjoyed many years serving customers in the local community and hope to continue to offer their products and services for many years to come.

“We are blessed to take care of our local restaurant owners,” said Jana. “They have trusted us, and we are proud to work with them and take care of their needs.”
