RA-LIN, the company charged with the construction of the new Carrollton High School, posted this aerial view of the project earlier this week. The RA-LIN team presented a construction update to the Board of Education at its work session on Thursday. Despite a record-breaking wet year, the third and final phase of the CHS project is on schedule with everything slated to be completed in time for the launch of school in August.
