The best way to kick off spring is to join the City of Newnan on Friday, March 29, 2019 for the Spring Art Walk. The Art Walk will take place from 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm.
The Art Walk Event is our celebration of local art and is hosted twice a year in Downtown Newnan! Come see art come to life on downtown’s sidewalks! During the Art Walk, businesses extend their hours to host storefront exhibits and demonstrations curated by a variety of Newnan’s finest artists. Some of our local businesses will serve complimentary tastings and hors d’oeuvres and have specials and promotions throughout the night. Visitors can expect to stroll through over 35 locations and see the work of at least 50 artists, and you will find a wide variety of art styles and mediums, including oil on canvas, chalk art, engraving, pottery, photography, jewelry making, fiber arts, performing arts and acrylics. The downtown streets and sidewalks are sure to be filled with unexpected talent and delightful entertainment! There is no fee for admission to this event.

Free parking is available along downtown streets and in the City of Newnan’s public parking lots, located at: 13 Lagrange Street, 25 Lagrange Street, 22 Spring Street, 50 East Broad Street, 41 East Washington Street.
