The convenience store chain QuikTrip located at 2786 Chapel Hill Road in Douglasville is currently undergoing renovation. Construction officially began Tuesday, April 30.

A spokesperson with QuikTrip told us the store will be “scraped and rebuilt” to the company’s newest ‘generation three’ theme. It is planned to re-open the latter part of August 2019.

The store’s interior will have a spotlight on fresh food with flat-breads, pizza, breakfast items, and more. The location will host ten fueling stations for a total of twenty cars to fuel at once. Each pump will offer three grades of gasoline, plus diesel and non-ethanol.
