A group of servants at heart, made of up wives and mothers from 3:16 Healthcare, are embarking on a journey through a non-profit, Be the Light Medical Missions. Their first medical mission trip to Honduras is this Summer from July 4 through July 7. Most of the team from 3:16 Healthcare and Spa 3:16 will be in Honduras visiting a hospital and orphanage to provide medical care for people in the community who have not been able to see a doctor.
These wonderful women are making not just impacts at home but internationally as well. Spa 3:16’s Allison Key tells us, “Our team loves our patients and our community, and they are willing to give up nights, weekends, and even a holiday to make this dream work and go on a medical mission trip. I could not be more thankful for them.”
Healthcare 3:16 has plans to bring on at least one additional provider by the end of the year. The facility will offer extended hours for both family medicine and the spa. These positive impacts are leading the way in medical advances and services by offering telemedicine for after hours and holiday service. Allison elaborates, “It will continue to grow our house-call program, and to always, always love and meet our patients right where they are!”
