Film crews will be working at two different locations on US 27 ALT/Georgia 14 in Newnan over the next two weeks. They will install full road closures with detours to direct traffic away from the sites. The details are:
- On US 27 ALT/Georgia 14/Greenville Street from Spring Street to South Court Square in Downtown Newnan – on Monday, Jun. 10, 2019 from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- On US 27 ALT/Georgia 14/Greenville Street from Spence Avenue to Nimmons Street – from 9:00 a.m. Monday, Jun. 10 to 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, Jun. 12, 2019 AND from 5:00 a.m. Monday, Jun. 17 to 12:00 p.m. Saturday, Jun. 22, 2019
The dates and times scheduled are subject to weather conditions and may change.
Signage will be posted in advance of the road closures at various locations around the film shoot sites. Motorists should utilize the detours, and be alert to the signage, driving at a moderate rate of speed while on the routes.
