Plans are currently in the works for eleven new apartments at 204 Adamson Square in Carrollton. The building was recently sold and the developer is preparing for a substantial remodel. As one might know about Adamson Square, this building has been mostly vacant for quite some time with the exception of Linda’s Event Decor and Alterations Unlimited.
One of the building’s new owners, Brad Wilks tells us, “We hope that this conversion to a primarily residential use will be its highest and best use for the benefit of downtown. If all goes well, we hope to have the building available for lease by next summer, in time for the ’20-’21 school year.”
