Construction plans for a new commercial development were recently uncovered that include a popular burrito shop and wireless store. The site plans tell a clear story that the former long-standing Logan’s Roadhouse at 9380 The Landing Drive in Douglasville will be demolished and converted into a 9,957 square foot retail center. As many know, Logan’s Roadhouse abruptly closed in February 2018.
Full site plans indicate that Chipotle, an AT&T store, EyeLab, and Navy Federal Credit Union will occupy this planned development. The construction project is currently out to bid so that construction can soon begin.
