Lane Closure on SR 5/Bill Arp Road at I-20 Wednesday

Georgia Department of Transportation contractors will close one southbound lane on SR 5/Bill Arp Road to allow Douglas County Water and Sewer Authority County work crews to repair and relocate an underground water main in the roadway.

WHEN: Crews will install the lane closure at 9:00 am on Wednesday, October 23 and it will remain in place until midnight.

WHERE: The closure will be in one lane of two lanes on SR 5/Bill Arp Road southbound from its intersection with I-20 westbound, for approximately 200 feet.

ADVISORY: Exact dates may change due to weather or other extenuating factors.
