Pets in the Villa Rica area are meowing and barking with joy as their owners will soon have a new place to shop for quality pet products. PetSense will soon open a location at 604 Carrollton-Villa Rica Highway in the Villa Rica Commons Shopping Center next to Hibbett Sports (in the previous space of Dollar Tree). The store is set to open late December 2019.
Interior construction is now full speed ahead for the 5,000 square-foot building. Heather Stewart, a leasing consultant for River Crest Realty, tells us, “We are excited for PetSense to enjoy the center; it complements the current mix of tenants at the center. They signed in early October to occupy the space.”
Stewart adds, “The Villa Rica PetSense is the first within our portfolio, and we look forward to adding more to come within our in-house leasing at River Crest Realty.”
The nearest PetSense locations to Villa Rica are in LaGrange, Georgia, and Rome, Georgia.
