First-time business owners and the proud parents of three sons, Chip and Kimberly Bishop are excited to announce the opening of Pelican’s SnoBalls at 401 Bankhead Highway, Carrollton, Georgia. Their new ‘SnoBall’ shop will officially open Saturday, November 9, at 12 o’clock.

Pelican’s shaved ice can be flavored with customer’s pick from more than 100 choices, plus a variety of toppings such as whipped cream, candy, and syrups. Chip and Kim invite everyone to stop by for a flavor-filled experience. Kimberly says, “Be sure to try our Fall flavors which include pumpkin pie, pumpkin cheesecake, lemon pound cake, and caramel apple.”

Chip tells us, “We love the community of Carrollton and we prioritize our friendly service. We have set up outdoor seating with games such as Connect Four, Giant Jenga, and Ladder Ball so that you can stay and play.”

In addition to its brick and mortar location, Pelican’s SnoBalls of Carrollton offers prepaid packages for those interested in providing SnoBalls at their event. They will also set up as a vendor when certain requirements are met and host spirit nights to designate a percentage of sales to local organizations.

The shop will open Monday through Thursday from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday and Saturday 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
