The Springs of Newnan, a 30-acre, mixed-use development located adjacent to Newnan Crossing Bypass and I-85 will soon wrap up construction of the 25-acre, multifamily community.
The remaining five acres will be built and host two mid-sized retail and office buildings that will face Newnan Crossing Bypass. A developer with the project, David LaGaurdia says, “Their design will be consistent with the overall look and feel of the community and will benefit all of Newnan.”
David also mentioned that this area is in an opportunity zone. He says, “This means that your capital investment can grow tax free for ten years regardless of how much it increases.”
