For 2019 our top stories for Bowdon include the opening of two new eateries, a clinic’s long-standing success, and three days of Christmas celebration.

Pin It Co. Cafe opened in July. Owners Ally and Shane Turpen invite everyone to “gather and stay a while” at their cafe. Click here to read about the cafe.

Papa John’s Pizza opened at 1182 East Highway 166. Click here to read the first story we covered for this take-out and delivery chain.

Butler Spinal Clinic was recognized this summer for the one belief that has led to the success of the practice for more than seventeen years. Doctor Cackowski believes that “If you help someone, they will tell someone.” Click here to read their story.

Bowdon by Candlelight expanded their 21st annual events to span three nights instead of only one night. This year’s celebration kicked off with the Candlelight where luminaries light up downtown as people shop local merchants, followed by the lighting of Heritage Park tree on the second night, and the Christmas parade on the third night.
