Plans have officially come together for a Chipotle Mexican Grill in the parking lot of Carrollton’s South Park Health and Wellness Center.
Commercial Realty Services of West Georgia represented the developer in the transaction that closed on Friday of last week. A statement was released by the Commercial Realty Services of West Georgia on Tuesday, March 30 that reads, “Construction should begin this week and Chipotle will open sometime this fall.”
“Glad to hear that Carrollton is excited for Chipotle to be joining the community – we’re excited too,” said Quinn Kelsey, a public relations manager for Chipotle. “Stay patient, though, we aren’t slated to open until the latter half of 2020.”
The new restaurant which will be located at 812 South Park Street in Carrollton will utilize unused parking space for the building. Most recently Starbucks built a similar development adjacent to Wendy’s. The new Chipotle restaurant will be adjacent to Synovus Bank.
Chipotle prepares food without added colors, flavors, or preservatives, which compliments the concept of Linco Property’s South Park Health and Wellness Center.
