In March of this year plans quickly came together for a Chipotle Mexican Grill to be built as an outparcel to Carrollton’s South Park Health and Wellness Center. Commercial Realty Services of West Georgia represented the developer when the transaction closed during the final week of March.
This week an opening timeline update was provided to The City Menus from a Chipotle spokesperson who tells us, “We are currently scheduled to open a location in Carrollton at some point in the winter.” Chipotle will be sharing more information closer to the opening date of the new restaurant.
