Greenhouse Mercantile Reopens Friday, June 5

After a two-month temporary closure, Greenhouse Mercantile at 6-A East Washington Street in downtown Newnan will reopen for business, Friday, June 5.

Shop owner Kenya Brantley shared the announcement on her Instagram account, “It’s been a long and crazy two months, but we are making it through. I know we waited a little longer than you may have wanted us to, but we just wanted to make sure the numbers were holding steady and that we could ensure that we keep everyone as safe and healthy as possible.”

The reopening fun starts on Friday at 10:00 a.m. with complimentary drip coffee from Fuel Coffee Mobile Bar. On Saturday, Carla’s Creations 561 will have cupcakes and sweet treats, and Wildcraft Flowers will showcase bouquets.

Customers will be limited inside the shop due to the size, and Kenya asks shoppers to wear masks. For now, shop hours will also be limited to Friday and Saturdays from 10:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.
