Site plans were recently submitted to Coweta County by Steve Gaultney of FCD Partners L.L.C. for a new outparcel center at Fischer Crossings. The proposed 9,000 square-foot center would sit on tract 9 between Popeyes and Wendy’s.
Site plans show the three leasable spaces facing Highway 34/54 as a dental office, nail salon, and mattress store. As with any new construction project under review, things are subject to change.
