A retail building in Newnan is scheduled to be completely torn down and rebuilt. According to plans obtained by The City Menus, the building containing Starbucks and an adjacent retail space located at 733 Bullsboro Drive will be completely overhauled. The newly constructed building will be anchored by a brand new Starbucks that will include a redesigned drive-thru and expanded outdoor patio space. Three other retail spaces will finish out the building, but tenants have not yet been selected. At the time of this story, there’s no word when the project will be started or completed. Those looking for their Starbucks fix during the upcoming overhaul can visit the other Bullsboro location near the Newnan Pavilion Shopping Center next to Chipotle.
