Del Rio Mexican Grill in Franklin made a bright splash in August, to the delight of many people in the area, according to their Facebook reviews. The space at 170 Davis Street in Franklin, which housed other restaurants in the past, such as Sol Sisters Cantina, Loco Mex, Captain Billys, and Loco Rio has taken customers by surprise with its top-rated Mexican food.
