Plans Under Review for New Senior Living Facility, Ashlynn Ridge Newnan Crossing

Kial Hocker

A new assisted living facility is about to break ground in Newnan. Located at 2001 Newnan Crossing Bypass, the apartment complex is planned to have 200 units and will be pet friendly. According to Planner for the City of Newnan Chris Cole, the civil site plans are currently under review, which may result in a change in the plans, but as of now, initial land disturbance is scheduled to begin next month.

The facility will have ample parking spaces, van ports, courtyards, and a pet playground, and will be adjacent to the Springs at Newnan Crossing. The project is currently expected to be completed September 2021.
