A new hospitality development is almost complete just east of I-85 off Bullsboro Drive. The four-story extended stay hotel is in its final stage of construction. The new hotel is located just off Hollz Parkway at Highway 34 (Bullsboro Drive). A variance was approved by Coweta County Planning and Zoning during the fall of 2018. Construction began in 2019.
Extended Stay America operates over 600 hotels across the U.S. with over 69,000 rooms. The hotel company recently refreshed all of their properties with major renovations. They offer a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, on-site laundry facilities, free grab-and-go-breakfast, pools, pet-friendly accommodations, hot tubs, and fitness centers.
