A fresh coat of paint, shifted aisles and shelves, and a few other renovations have recently been completed at the Carrollton Walmart. For the past couple of months the store located at 1735 South US 27 has been undergoing a facelift and reorganization.

The first thing people will notice as they drive up is that the exterior of the building has been completely repainted, replacing the tan and orange for Walmart’s signature blue and white. On the interior the wood floors in the clothing area have been removed, and the area reorganized to provide a better shopping experience. Other shelves and products have been shifted and realigned, particularly in the home goods, home improvement, automotive, and outdoor supply areas of the store. The restrooms have been completely renovated and signage has been updated throughout the store.

While most products have stayed in the same general area, some have been moved slightly. Customers are encouraged to download the Walmart app to see the new store map and to locate their products faster.
