Bullsboro Drive Retail Building Overhaul Slated to Start in January

Demolition and reconstruction of a retail building anchored by Starbucks on Bullsboro Drive is officially slated to begin in January. We first reported plans for this project back in September (read that story here). Since then, Sleep Number has signed on as a tenant for the additional retail spaces, and an estimated start date for the project of January 18 has been announced.

As we previously reported, the newly constructed building will be anchored by a brand new Starbucks that will include a redesigned drive-thru and expanded outdoor patio space. Originally, the additional space was slated to be sectioned off for three tenants, however, with the signing of Sleep Number as a tenant it appears they will take all three spaces.

Those looking for their Starbucks fix during the upcoming overhaul can visit the other Bullsboro location near the Newnan Pavilion Shopping Center next to Chipotle.
