Senoia Intersection Continues to See Growth

Groceries and grub are on the upcoming menu for Senoia. Construction continues to roll on the Publix shopping center at the intersection of Georgia Highway 85 and Georgia Highway 16. As reported by our friends at the Newnan Times-Herald back in June, Publix would anchor the retail strip with 10 other attached units included, along with three outparcels.

Now one of those outparcels has been spoken for as the Senoia City Council approved a variance request for a Chick-fil-A to be built in front of the new shopping center. The NTH reported this information on Tuesday. No specifics have been given on the final design and construction plans; however, the Senoia Planning Commission is expected to take those into consideration at their next meeting.
