Site Works Begins for Fast Food, Donuts, and Immediate Care

October Update

Site work has begun for new development.

Article from June 2021

A fast-food restaurant, donuts and coffee, and an immediate care facility have been given the green light by the Carrollton City Council. On Monday the council voted unanimously to annex into the city and rezone the property at 1131 Bankhead Highway, formerly the location of Cross Automotive, for a 1.62 acre development by CDI Development Inc to bring a Wendy’s, Dunkin’, and Peachtree Immediate Care to the east side of Carrollton. We first reported the potential of this last month after the Carrollton Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the proposal. According to Richard Culpepper, with this approval the purchase of the land is expected to close within sixty days and that construction should be complete within four to five months.

Stay tuned to The City Menus for more information on this development as it happens.
