Construction plans were spotted by a few of The City Menus’ tipsters yesterday for a restaurant outparcel space at Fischer Marketplace. We’ve heard some rumors and rumblings about a new Culver’s for Coweta County, but until the deal was sealed we held off publishing. Site plans are now under review by Coweta County, and construction on the new restaurant should start very soon. Culver’s will be located at Outparcel #3 and will have roughly 4,000 square feet of space.
At the moment, a Culver’s is under construction in Auburn, Alabama, in front of the Auburn Mall facing University Boulevard. This is most likely what the new location at Fischer Marketplace will look like. You might notice a closed roof over the patio unlike the one off Newnan Crossing Bypass in Newnan. More retail and restaurant releases are coming down the pipeline in the near future for Fischer Marketplace, and we will be the first to let you know!
