For many it is a Christmas miracle! Cathy Ho is back cooking at Cathy’s Asian Fusion at 207 Brumbelow Road in Carrollton. Many of The City Menus Canaries Facebook group members suddenly noticed that Cathy’s Asian Fusion Facebook page had been recently updated, so we started investigating. It appears that the restaurant is under new ownership, but Cathy is there training the new owner and cooking up her delicious dishes that we’ve all missed.
