Some very sad news to report for cookie lovers, Great American Cookie Company is no longer opening at McIntosh Plaza. Leasing signs just went back up at the location formerly home to 32 Degrees. As noted in our previous articles delays, delays, and more delays struck the future Great American Cookie Company / Marble Slab. We did however get an encouraging sign in January that progress was being made, and our team saw firsthand crews working in the space.Â
However, leasing signs and the leasing map’s being updated on the Shopping Center Group’s website now confirm that GAC is no longer opening a location here. We have reached out to the owners of Crumbl Cookies and let them know that the space was available again. So we will see!
