Pancakes Back on the Menu for Villa Rica

Villa Rica could soon have short stacks of pancakes and more served up. The City Menus discovered plans once again for IHOP to build a restaurant on NE Hickory Level Road behind the Popeyes. The proposed 3,525-square-foot restaurant will have its driveway directly across from the intersection with Cooley Way and will have up to 60 parking spaces. West Georgia’s very own Alan Bell Architect Inc. is the selected architect for the restaurant.

It is unclear at this time what the seating capacity will be or when construction will begin. Stay tuned to The City Menus for more information as it becomes available.

We first reported this development in April of 2021.
